Been to Richmond Bagels and Deli forever. For Their Chicken Salad (the BEST)!, cold cuts, bagels. I never had a problem with service until today! It was awful, So nasty and offensive. I was criticized about buying ham! Which the carver said itās unhealthy and full of salt, when I asked to view the product. Why then does she look so overweight?? She accused me of being āpickyā bc I want āless than 1/2 lb.ā of ea. Ham, Swiss and chicken salad. (For me alone). The nerve. Margarita, I think her name is stated sheās there18Years. I told her Iām a customer for over 30 years!! She said she loves challenges with customers like me, said out loud. This one chef around 5:15 charges me extra today and messes up my bagels all the time, this is why I go to margarita cuz she consistent and knows how a customer likes their food! I remember when it cost $5 to get bacon egg and cheese with a soda! I paid $7 dollars for scallion cream cheese, and bacon, see all my receipts say 5 or 6 dollars, ofc the boss isnāt there they wanna mess the price now!!! I will not be up charged because of scallion!!! Scammers if you ask me, not once did this happen until this guy is behind to counter!! Never am I going there again!! There bagels are not even that good and they are a bit pricey. This is not my go to Deli but when I have to go it's never a good experience and mind you I try to give them the benefit of the doubt.
