Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This is a prime location as it’s close to a hospital and a school. But it’s always some issue every time you go here. First off they always have people outside or inside the store itself begging and bothering the guest. A person nearly threw the cover of the garbage at me while I was in there. Ice cream flavors are limited. Last time I went I ordered two frozen matcha. It took them over five minutes to make them because…..they didn’t know how. I would have rather they told me that instead of making it all wrong. The First Lady that started making it stopped. When I asked about the drinks she said someone else is making it. Match is not a hard thing to make. The cashier had to come off the register to make it because the other associate didn’t know how to. Apparently she didn’t either because both drinks were just chunky ice with green color. While drinking I even sucked up a matcha ball, at least that what I think and hope it was. No flavor, no ice cream, no sweetener…nothing. Had to be one of the worse matchas I’ve ever tasted. I would not be visiting this location...

10 AM in the morning, and the customer service was horrible. As I am trying to order the lady was barely behind the counter taking my order. I asked when she came back oh I forgot and politely asked if I can I have almond milk? she procced to say you have to pay.... I knew but I already paid for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and an iced Carmel latte that was $11.30. they charged me for a sausage that was $1.80, which was supposed to be for almond milk! As I wait for my food, they tell me there was no bacon, so I asked can I just have a butter bagel . They put cream chesses and I settle again and ask if I can have jelly packets and they lady comes back rude ask saying.... You have to pay for jelly! I said miss how, If I basically just downsized the sandwich, i just am asking for jelly or a jelly packet! she starts yelling over me talking! and I was like can I finish talking! I begin to explain she cuts me off again and was like I have to pay for it ! So i just left so Horrible ! worst DUNKIN...

Yet, my visits are consistently marred by subpar service, a disheartening reality considering the prime location's potential to thrive on foot traffic alone. It is evident that a thorough management evaluation is imperative, coupled with the empowerment of younger staff members to assume greater responsibilities. The stifling presence of older employees, with their entrenched attitudes and penchant for micromanagement, poses a significant obstacle to the establishment's success. My fervent hope is that this space will one day evolve into a welcoming haven for discerning consumers, shedding its current reputation for lackluster service and embracing a culture...
