The service and employees are wonderful, however it's the coffee that I dislike.

For whatever reason no matter how many times I try to get coffee, it is always and I mean always burnt.

They need to either set the coffee burners to a lower temperature or swap out the coffee more frequently. I work in fast food so I understand it's not always going to be up to par because it gets busy, but that's no excuse to always be getting coffee so disgustingly burnt that I can't taste any...
