Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Does the new team know what they’re doing? I ordered a cappuccino online, and when I arrived, there was a latte waiting for me. When I mentioned that my order was wrong, the staff member simply put the latte in a blender and handed me something extremely watery in the cup. I gave up on that one and immediately ordered another one, and guess what? After more than 15 minutes of waiting, he had the nerve to ask if I had placed another order, and I said yes—after all, it should be in the system, right? He then handed me something watery again, with no coffee flavor and more like a chai. So, my question remains: does the new team have proper training, or is it just laziness on the staff member’s part to put a decent shot of coffee? The only reason I’m giving them one star is because I’ve never had a problem going into any Dunkin to use my reusable cup. Instead they handed back my cup and decided to use a plastic cup so I can just toss out and waste more trash when I had a perfectly good tumbler of my own for them to use. Why is this a thing Dunkin? Dunkin you need to step up your game with letting anyone bring in a reusable cup to fill it. The lady just had an attitude when I told her “no please use my cup” but she didn’t hesitate to pretty much push the cup back to me. If this is called pleasing the customer then they are wrong not letting those who are trying to help the planet by not using those plastic cups. My wife came in to pick up her on the go order to find one of the ladies dipping the spoons they mix beverages with into the cleaning solution bin that had a dirty rag in it and back into my wife's drink. They were proud to tell her that they use that bucket and rag to clean the machines and counters. The manager was shocked when my wife complained because she thought it was completely normal and ok to do so.
