Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Of all the DD I have visited, this has been where I have had the most bad experiences the customer service is terrible in this place, they never have cashiers in front I have had to wait up to 8 minutes for someone to take my order because the employees are busy chatting elsewhere, I always order the same drink every day with lemonade and I always make sure to report it several times but they always end up adding green tea although in the stiker it clearly says lemonade, personally I am very embarrassed to complain about those things but today they did what Same and I told them that my drink was wrong but the lady who was on duty was very rude saying that they couldn't change it for me because I had ordered it that way, besides looking at me and laughing talking to her partner in her language. This lady I don't know if she's the manager or whatever but she's always in a bad mood she doesn't even smile at her customers, the other day I went for a toasted bagel twist and asked if she could give me ketchup and she ignored me, besides the bagel couldn't even be eaten because it was burnt. RACIST Dunkin DONUTS !! I asked one of the workers that was in the cashier if I could use the bathroom to change my daughter pamper, but since we were Hispanic she didn’t let us use it . As soon as a woman with her 3 children came into the store to use the bathroom , she opened the bathroom for them. It was the same race as them either Bengali, Guyanese, or Indian .. She let them use the bathroom and that was unfair and cruel . After all , I thought that everyone is suppose to be treated equally and with respect that everyone deserves . No matter the race or skin tone we have. But I guess the EMPLOYEES of Dunkin’ Donuts only cares about their race . They didn’t have their new product- which was posted all over their windows. Asked for a pumpkin cold brew instead, got an ice coffee. Didn’t complain. It tasted horrible (burnt coffee-and enough sugar to make you diabetic). Went back and ask politely to get a refund bc I understand that ppl have off days- not a big deal. “We don’t do refunds” she says.
