Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I usually like this Dunkin Donuts location, but today was not good. First, I was unable to order online (App issue, not their fault). The line was slow due to a communication barrier between frustrated customers and staff. The cashier had me wait (with a hand polite signal), so she could retrieve a mobile order from a tablet and enter it into the pos. After the previous difficulty we had encountered with the system - leaving us unable to order ahead of time - now finally at the register waiting to speak with a person - felt rude and put off. Under normal circumstances there would have been plenty of time to order in the store and take out. I had to take my wife to work and had no other choice but to leave. I was going to return and try again, but my wife insisted she had Lunch with her and was able to wait to eat. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and will be addressed by management - so there will be a win/win situation - for all concerned...

How do you call yourself Dunkin DONUTS, have the word DONUTS in your name, but never have donuts?? My wife walked in at 5:30 this evening and there were no donuts. When she asked if there were more in the back she was told that they only receive donut deliveries in the morning. So from 5:30pm to closing, this location will have no donuts to offer their customers. My wife bought munchkins instead and they were stale, must have been sitting out all day. How anyone walks into any Dunkin Donuts location baffles me when there are Stores like Country Donuts and Tim Hortons that have donuts whenever you walk in, no matter what time of day. This goes for any Dunkin Donuts location on the Island....

My 5 star review is for the hardworking staff. The staff here are great at this location. I come here routinely in the morning, and no matter how busy they get, they are more than friendly and working as fast as they can to get you your order as quickly as possible. That being said, recommended you get additional staff for morning rush. I can understand people's frustration, but there is no possible way for the employees to work any faster, they are borderline running to make coffee and food as quick as...
