Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I like coming in the evening. It is a small space and can be crowded when just a couple of families come to sit. I'm giving it 4 stars for my late evening/night visits. I used to come earlier in the day but staff wasn't always friendly and didn't get my order right sometimes. Most times late night staff is nice enough. The guy on the weekends who works evening is very nice and a few others. There really are reasons i can give this a lower score but you really i guess you have to understand the retail type business. Sometimes they take too long to make your order but a lot of times they are the only person on shift. Which i find is nuts. There should always be at least 2 especially just for safety and especially at night. They do seem to have a bit of a turnover rate. Half their staff is regular the other half seems to always be changing. The new people don't seem to be trained right most times and therefore do not always get the order right or understand what you are asking for. Doesn't mean they don't try to do good it's just they don't know or just too new to the business. There are times there are some what may think are strange people there. Like the guy who is sitting in front of me now while i write this review. He talks and laughs to himself. However, there hasn't ever been an issue as long as i have been coming here (almost 2 years). This guy is a regular too. He just drinks his stuff, eats his food and keeps to himself. He doesn't shout just talks quietly to himself. It's not bad it's just different but no reason to worry about sitting down and enjoying your order. They keep the place clean too. They have a tv. I came here around 7pm on January 8, the Dunkin worker was raising her voice at the Uber eats driver. The Uber eats driver speak no English and she refused to give him the food because it was “too much” and it didn’t fit in his Uber eats bag. I was like just give him the food because it is her job to give him the food as a worker but she refused and she was raising her voice to the guy. I was waiting 10 minutes to order and she finally took my order and she was talking to me in a rude way and she had an attitude towards me, I did not let myself. Do not come to this place. I hope they fire this person and hire people with good knowledge and who had a good attitude and knows how to...

Good morning I was really disappointed and annoyed with their poor customer service. They decided to close the cashier in the afternoon around 2 PM when there’s a whole line waiting to order. There’s people waiting for the order and it’s there’s no one making the order because one of the two people is on their phone and the other one is busy counting the money.
