Fun because the machines are stocked with high quality plushies... They even have claw machines with PopMart blind boxes... it's all inside of the machines, though, and their trade encounter is mostly larger plushies with no actual figures... Also as a seasoned player, I noticed a lot of the machines were stuffed, very tightly with a few loose on top. When you look at the machine it will be mixed with heavy and light plushies. Some which the claw won't be able to hold period... The only good thing is, all of the machines are exchangeable for the item you want, but after solid grabs that didn't fall when the claw returned. It's at the top, but the plushie slips out. While it's moving to the hole showing a weight issue taking odds away from us... Again, as I said all the machines are exchangeable, so if you read this, go for the easiest good, let's grab of the lightest plushie... They have high skill machines with boxes. But the boxes are upright, and even if you get a good grab, we'll most likely slide out as the weight of the box is only being held by the friction generated by the rubber ends of the claw... and to have a machine like that with plexiglass walls on the bin, rather than ramps, is kind of bad form, because you can't work your way towards a win. You could pick a pushy up, secure it. And as it's moving, have it dropped next to the plexiglass, making it impossible for a second chance to win. It is possible to ask the agents to fluff the machine for you. What how many times are you going to ask them to reset the machine. It was a clean experience and a good token bonus for your money, fun clean machines, but not as fair. Play as some of the other places i've been in new york... I did have some pretty good grabs. 13 wins on 140 credits is under my average. I had some pretty bad beats as well... there's nothing worse than when you completely secure an item, the claw returns to the top and bounces around the item. Doesn't slip and slips righty, 4 is the plexy bin, which is my point about unfair play. Because if there were more plushies in a machine, it would roll in... It seems intentional to keep the generic three credit machines stocked under to keep from Dragging or "knocking " in a prize... Good staff however. Friendly. I will definitely return because of its closeness to my house. However, it isn't my home arcade by any means... It doesn't mean I didn't have...
Read moreFinally went into this arcade recently as i was having a really rough day and needed a pick me up. My partner and I found the place to be fair in price and the staff was what made the experience. We went in the middle of the day so foot traffic wasn’t crazy. But the staff helped us out, patiently took time to explain the points system, the loyalty program, and how to exchange your smaller prizes. I wish i knew the name of the boy who kept adjusting the plushies because he really made the whole day brighter for us. The music was great, the plushies are good quality, not the super cheap aliexpress type of prizes. And they even asked for our picture for their IG after we finished playing :) Lovely store, lovely people, lovely activity, and lovely plushies. Thank you ...

We heard amazing reviews and drove in from Long Island. We have some claw places out here but never quality items that you can win or it was hard to win bc it kept falling off the claw UGH :(
Parking was easy about a block down. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the staff who explained to us how it works and the machine to change for coins. Some of the bigger prizes cost more coins than others but the winnings were amazing! High quality items that were not hard to win (if u know what I mean!). My 3 kids had so much fun with each game and they had prizes for all ages! And they can also take your small wins to exchange for a big one!!
We cannot wait to come back, it was the perfect...
