El Pollo Peruano — Restaurant in New York

The food was good and I've never had any complaints but today was different. I ordered my food and I didn't order a drink because I usually have a water bottle in my bag. Mind u the lady had already asked me. So the lady says to me I can't proceed wit the order unless u order a drink. I said I don't want a drink and she says u have to order a drink because u can't bring ur own drink from outside. If I wouldn't have wanted the plate that I've wanted then I would've left. Now, let's say I didn't have the money. What if I didn't even have the change to order a drink then what??? Nowww I've been to plenty of places and I've placed my water on the table no one has ever said something to me. This place deserves no stars at all. The place is cold and my parents went there to eat with my siblings and family and the staff was horrible. They were rude and nasty. My dad ordered to-go by accident and when he sat down to eat she snatched the food from his table and took it away because you can't open a to-go box at a table which is stupid. The staff is ridiculous and obnoxious. My parents are not rude or mean people my dad even left a tip after the horrible treatment from the staff. We had a party of six which included three kids so I tried to combine 2tables. The staff said they could not do this and to just leave the kids at a table by themselves. Mind you the kids were ages 2, 4 and 4. The place wasn't crowed and the only big table setting they had was occupied. They wouldn't provide a reason why I couldn't move a table to accommodate my party so I just let my pregnant wife and her friend eat at one table while I sat with the kids at another.
