This location already has its fair share of negative reviews, but I wanted to share my own experience. I come here often because itās within walking distance and convenient for me. I understand the staff may be overworked or short-staffed, and I sympathize with that.
However, I visited on a Friday afternoon when the store was not busy. I pressed the assistance button and waited, only to be met by an Asian employee who appeared irritatedāhe sighed and sucked his teeth upon approaching. That kind of attitude is completely uncalled for.
When I asked for help with an item, I reminded him that working in customer service involves, at the very least, treating customers with basic respect. If youāre that unhappy in your role, it may be worth reconsidering if this job is right for you. Thereās no excuse for being rude or dismissiveāespecially when your job is to assist.
I hope management addresses this kind of behavior, as it reflects poorly on the business and drives loyal customers away. But then again they wonāt. To the Asian guy that helped me, check yourself and do everyone a favor and donāt work in customer service, itās obvious how much you hate...

But-the customer service most of the time here is SLOW. Even on a not so busy morning. There have been times where Iāve had to ring the bell multiple times or wait for more than 5min to get someone to open the glass door. And I understand if itās busy, but if itās slow & thereās an employee literally right there that can help me but chooses not too is frustrating at times. All it takes is second to open the glass doors so I can continue about my day & you can continue yours. She said that all online order get email receipt. But I told her I did not set up email receipt for my account . She doesnāt want to help me to check out and also not allow other cashier check out for me . That is very easy just scan the barcode and paper receipt will print out , she doesnāt even want to try it . I can get paper receipt from other stores with my online order .
