Empire — Restaurant in New York

Ordered food for the family, TWO egg rolls, broccoli WITH white rice and garlic sauce, FRIED vegetable dumplings, general so’s chicken, and pork friend rice. You would think it’s a simple order but I guess not for the people who work here. Took 3 HOURS for our food to be delivered and we are 3-4 blocks away from the place. When calling them they kept pushing 10 minutes, finally when it arrived we were missing both egg rolls, and the white rice but they did however throw in a soup, possibly mop watered down 🤔....Tried to call again and once I started talking they hung up.
