This place is a shady business. They can sell you a card today and then change the policy regarding the expiration period of the card and there is nothing you can do. It is your responsibility to check their website and make sure that the policy has not changed since you bought it. Do not trust them, get a proof in writing and make them sign it. I purchased a prepaid card for facials during the spring special sale back in 2013 and had one left at the end of 2014. At the time of the sale their receptionist did not tell me anything about expiration date and I was believed that it was valid for the life time of the business. Also I was given a number instead of the card and was told that the number without the card was enough. I called them in November 2014 to verify that the number was still good and was told nothing about the expiration date, so I decided to give my last facial to someone as a Christmas present. When that person called them in January of 2015 to schedule an appointment, they said that it expired as of 12/31/14. I called and spoke with the owner who promised to call me back and never did. The receptionist kept mumbling about their policies on website and the gift cards that they sell (I have never seen one). They acted like I came to their place and sold the prepaid number (not a card) to myself. They do not keep record of their customers and have no idea who is their regular customer and who is not. It is hard for me to believe that after being their customer for at least three years they could put me through the frustrating experience of arguing with them on the phone for $50 which I have already paid. They blamed everything on their former employee and denied any responsibility. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from...

Had a groupon which is the only reason I even knew this place was there, Yay Groupon! Got a great deal and was pleasantly surprised when I called to make an apoointment for a single color, hair cut and blowout for the very next day with Maryam! Got to the salon a half hour earlier totally prepared to wait and was seen like right away. Maryam was pleasant, professional and made me feel at ease. Did a great job on my hair color, cut and blowout which I LOVED! Will definately be going back to see Maryam. Took one star off because the girl that washes hair just did an ok job. Yes she washed my hair 2x, no pressure, felt like my hair was still dirty, I do admit I like my head like gently scrubbed so it may just be my personal preference, but she put very little conditioner and even that was only on my ends. no brushing out my hair, nothing. By the time I got back to Maryam, my hair which had just been colored, washed and supposedly conditioned was a nasty, tangled Mess. Took Maryam like 10 minutes to detangle my hair which freaking hurt and could have been avoided by proper amount of conditioner and a quick comb out during the washing process.... My next visit I will make sure to request a decent amount of conditioner throughout my hair and hopefully that will not be an issue. All in all I had a great experience and they have a new customer...

I have had bad experiences with hair dressers before but this salon really amazed me. I went in for a root touch up and trim that I purchased from Groupon, the hairdresser Maryam, was super friendly and suggested I touch up my balayage as well. I agreed and I specifically said I wanted my roots to be dark brown and wanted the highlights to be natural, I ended up with greenish/ grey highlights and a light brown base. I told her I had picked out a shade exactly like my eyebrows (my natural hair color) and she wiped her finger on my eyebrow and implied I was wearing makeup lolololol. Keep in mind I also assisted her by folding up the foils for her. She offered a color correction but I had to come back to the salon within 3 days, but this was after 15 minutes of her and another hair dresser telling me my hair color was in fact the color I chose. Oh and they also tried to charge me for toner? I was under the impression that toner was included whenever you pay for highlights? Anyway, I hope...
