Omiya Sushi — Restaurant in New York

Never did I have a problem with this place until Sunday July 22, 2018. I loved this place and they always had great food and service until Sunday! I ordered couple of things and when they delivered it A. They messed up two of my orders instead of spicy Kani roll I got a Kani salad and instead of California roll I got Philadelphia roll. B. When I called and said that my order was messed up the girl not only argued with me but also was nasty to me! (even though I m their usual customer, I order all the time but NEVER AGAIN !!) so the girl asked if I want a substitute so I said obviously yes when the guy delivered he asked me to pay. Are you serious?! I just had 40$ worth of food they mess up on my order and want me to pay for it ?! Are you kidding me ?! So I had to pay but I will never order from them again as well as tell all my friends that this is the worst place to go to. Me and all of my family went to Omiya Restaurant for years, probably since the place first opened up, would refuse to eat sushi and asian anywhere else, loved the place so much but lately we have been greatly dissapointed by the quality of fish that is being used and the fact that lots of dishes are being modified from their usual recipes to I guess cut the corners, less fish is being used in lots of dishes and lots of crunch as they call it is mixed in with thee fish for volume (crunch is the fried bread crumb). We got sick few times not long ago from eating there, some dishes we ordered last time were inedible, especially fresh fish dishes. Too sad as we used to love going there and order out. The food is pretty good, depends what you get. Some stuff isn't worth the price. Like when I ordered the yt jalapeno appetizer, it should be great quality because appetizers are usally considered expensive since there is only like 6 pieces of thinly sliced fish but it was just so so quality.The yt jalapeno wasn't bad tho but the tuna tataki I didn't like. Also they charge a 3 delivery fee and u also have to give a tip, u don't have to but it would be kinda rude not to. Some of the delivery guys are pretty rude and some are nice. When I just found out out about this place in April they did not want to do delivery, said they have too many orders and can only do pick up even tho they still charge a fee...
