Empire — Restaurant in New York

Unfortunately, this will not be a positive review. I've given this restaurant a lot of my money since living in this area. Occasionally, they tend to mess up my orders by sending old rice with no flavor, cold food, and lastly missing items and expect you to walk to them to pick them up. I've let this slide due to some of the workers polite customer service. I've recently attempted to place an order, and I understand their one of the busiest Chinese restaurants in the area.

However, I don't approve of the lady who answered the phone rudely while trying to rush me to order so she could get to the next call. This place is strictly about making their money, which is understood, but to keep your loyal, great tipping customers, you must learn to speak kindly, and not yell " screaming very loudly in my ear I need to to hurry up". I won't ever give this place another dime....

I grew up on Sedgwick so I’ve been riding food here since I was 19 ! They never faill me ! They wings are always fresh off the stove , it’s best to order around 10 cause the food is alwaysss hot ! Something they answer the phone & tell you hold on bc they be getting so many orders but I think they deserve a lot of tips ! They do have great customer service & there is always a young lady with a nice tone that be having the orders on point ! Then there is a mean one but they food is worth the wait and attitude! GREATTT FOOD & Prices...

I have only ordered take out for delivery and they always get my order wrong something is always missing and it’s been three times they promise to bring whatever is missing and never bring it. I also don’t like how they are and how they do not work with you I also don’t like their food that much. Not the best but is the ONLY Chinese around me that delivers to my dead end block. I’m not ordering from here again not even last resort. I’d rather order Uber eats and it’s ten times more...
