I love the local neighbourhood vibe of this one off family run eatery that everyone in the neighbourhood seems to know about and are cuisines of. The place is small and unpretentious with three tables each with four chairs. The counter on the right is laden with Dominican specialties which I was told are prepared from scratch and fresh daily. The food is so good you will feel like you’re in the Dominican republic and your grandmother has made you a warm meal. I did not give them five stars due to poor customer service lack of communication barrier and the long lengthy time for them to serve your food when it’s already done and all they have to do is package it. Im a weekly client here, this lil spot always comes thru on those late work days, rice and beans, roasted chicken, soups, u name it... as close to home cooked as u will ever get, staff is quick and good size portions..
