From the onset, their team was accommodating, ensuring that every detail of my order was perfect. I opted for an exquisite selection of Katahar, Potato, Pumpkin Mithai, and Dhal Puri, each dish promising to add a unique flavor to the event.

True to their word, Fazee's Delights delivered an impeccable service. The food was ready precisely at the agreed-upon time, which was crucial for the event's schedule. I bought ROTI here 2 days ago and it was HALF COOKED! Sticking in my teeth because it was so mushy and doughy from not being cooked all the way! When I called to let them know I wanted a refund and to let the cooks know it wasn't cooked properly, she told me they do not give refunds, the sign is posted on the door, then told me to bring it in. I brought the roti's in and she opened it, felt it mushy and said hold on, took it to the kitchen and came out saying everyone back there is saying it is not raw. I said it is half cooked, squeeze it with your fingers and you will see how it is half cooked. She said the whole kitchen said its fine. (Of course they would say that) I then told her there are new roti's there wrapped up- taste it and you will see that it is half cooked and sticking in your teeth. She ate a piece with some gravy, then said "THIS IS HOW OUR ROTI IS" I said to myself wow, so if I don't like it half cooked and you do, I have to accept it and like it. MY STOMACH WAS HURTING BECAUSE OF THE RAW HALF COOKED DOUGH I WAS EATING. I told her I buy roti all the time and never had this problem. She told me " THEN GO THERE, NOBODY TOLD YOU TO COME HERE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK!" She then gave me the $7.00 I paid for the 4 roti's and I left. I must say I was very disappointed because this was my first time coming here and they weren't concerned at all with what the customer thought. She kept saying "THIS IS HOW OUR ROTI IS". SHE DID NOT DENY THAT IT WAS MUSHY, STICKY AND NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. I went through all of this just to get a $7.00 refund. It's the principle...

I was told to try this place out , do i did , boy ! What a waste of my money that was 😡 I ordered 100 and something dollar worth of stuff Roti , dhall puri, fried rice , fish cake, fry fish plantain chips sarnee and mathi. The staff were very nice snd accommodating try really hard to get everyone order right, the ladies in the kitchen looked tired and overworked...., the day i went into the restaurant it was very busy that day . The owner herself was very nice checking on everyone and making sure their order was correct and giving out free samples etc . The restaurant was clean and organized The food look very good but looks can be deceiving all the roti i ordered was terrible! Big ,thick and under cooked gummy raw texture, same with the fish cake barely had any kind of fish at all it was under cooked gummy raw texture, the dhall puri had no taste , the fried rice was mushy had no taste i wouldn't call that fried rice at all, the plantains chips in the package some was crisp and some were chewy and cold it was like they put it into the bags when it was hot, the mathi was spongy lots of custard powdered, the fry fish and the sarnee was the only thing i got that taste ok . Yes they were busy thats no excuse for under cooked tasteless food! you gotta make sure the food is cooked properly you cant want plenty business and serving bad food ! I wouldn't be going back there ever! And i don't recommend anyone buying...
