I’m currently dairy free and was SO excited to discover this product. I tried it and loved it and bought more. However, the second order I received had STONES in the spread. At first I thought it was hazelnut shell but when I took it out of my mouth, it was definitely a small stone. I tried the second jar in the order and same thing - small stones in the spread. I’m the only one that was eating these and I was eating them directly with a spoon so it’s not possible for the jars to have been contaminated on my end. I contacted customer service about this multiple times and no one responded to me. I’m very disappointed in their lack of customer service and quality control as well. I had to throw out the jars, which were not cheap, and will not be ordering again. I can’t trust this company to be safely producing this food and would not recommend them to anyone.

The products taste amazing! However, customer service and quality control are lacking. I bit down on a hazelnut shell (pic attached) while consuming my jar of dark chocolate hazelnut butter and unfortunately broke a tooth. I reached out to the company and Justin Horowitz, got back to me, apologized for what had happened and offered to issue a refund and send a replacement jar. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard back from him or the company even after writing another email. Not sure how a hazelnut shell can slip through their quality control but I’m particularly unhappy and unfortunately ended up with a $1,200 bill from my dentist for a crown. Great tasting product, but will not be buying from them again.

Randomly stumbled along this place during a sugar coma, wait no that was me stumbling out not in. Drinkable chocolate you say? Sign me up. 6 shots bartender. Or maybe just 1 because I'm pretty sure 6 would have burned a hole right through my stomach to China and I ain't no communist so everybody just calm down. Sorry I got sidetracked, anyways I like turtles and chocolate so if you do too go here and eat some chocolate. No turtles, just chocolate. I mean maybe they have chocolate turtles, I don't know I didn't make it too far down the menu before I started yelling for a shot of drinkable chocolate, ok? So what do you want from me, why are you even still reading this review. Are you insane? Ok thanks, have a good day.

This is the HIGHEST CALIBER product.I GiVE iT ouT as GiFTS to people, and I use some for myself. Most recently the small truffle chunky was perfectly placed inside a Beautiful change purse I gave to my Mother. The change wallet had a Brilliant quote on it to match the Brilliance of Fine and Raw’s CREATiVE iNTELLECT.THANKYOU FOR YOUR iNTEGRITY AND COURAGE,FiNE AND RAW. WORLD DiGNiTY,From JiLL,one of many CEO’S OF Life Experience, one person in a spotlight is a spot over the Light.Nobody shines by dulling the Light of another.I honestly feel hated and I don’t know that I’d feel that comfortable going into that store directly. The reason is when there was a discrepancy with the way the order was shipped, not a soul picked up the phone directly to help. However,Luckily the problem was resolved by itself,as it was the post office that had made the mistake,NOT FiNE AND RAW.it’s horrid to write a review to deaf ears. I truthfully wish there was a truffle chunky with at Least 70% cacao with a zero calorie diabetic sweetener Like Allulose and Monk FruiT….& A High Velocity FLavor with 76% or 82% cacao.I bought the truffle chunky bars($170(20 pieces)) with zero discount.I paid full price but I have horrid feelings due to the way I feeL perceived. I profusely apologize if something I said upset anybody.

I try to be extraordinarily carefuL with how things are worded.Words are cheap and pathetic anyway, compared to actions.A word is very sacred and precious sometimes,Too.I don’t feeL this batch, that was sent to me,was executed as incredibly Beautifully as the previous batch I bought and there is no recourse with Food products,I Fastidiously make a HabiT of NEVER returning a product or attempting to.-I would just be Looked at Like ThE probLem, anyway,if I did this.I cAn certainly admit I might have bad feelings about the product due to the dreadfuL feeLings I feLt when hearing the tone in a woman’s voice, right before we hung up the phone with eachother(the discussion was ONLY about ChocoLate, nothing eLse).-iT iS A Human Being representing Fine and Raw that seemed to have an unkind attitude right before the conversation ended.I have $170 worth of chocolate and I heard a person perturbed by their $40 purchases,in another review, well You cAn only imagine what $170 FeeLS Like…and I give these out as GiFTS to peopLe,I’m not keeping them ALL FoR myself. The $170 purchase doesn’t seem to be on a par with the $85 one I made prior.iT’S viscously unjust to feeL Like a non customer when you spend 100’s of Dollars, but nobody in this world,no matter how much they spend, should be made to feeL Like the inferior individuaL.iMAGiNE A WORLD WHERE PEOPLE COMPETED TO HAVE THE BEST CHARACTER.I called to see if I can pay for the new replacement order for the same price since each bar, prior to tax,is $8.50 now,but all You get is a”click”as if somebody is smothering and snuffing Your voice out.”Well nobody knows if there’s phone troubLe or if somebody is that eager not to hELP.Either wAY,I am profusely HUGELY APOLOgetic iF I have somehow mis stepped with any of my sentences/with anything I said.PROTECT YOUR CHARACTER AS iF YOUR LiFE DEPENDS ON iT,iS ThE MANTRA FOR LiFE.iNTEGRiTY,COURAGE AND DiGNiTY FiRST.it’s very unfair that even if you buy way more than somebody needs to on subscribe and save you are paying more.PLease May You offer a deaL for anybody spending over a certain amount of Dollars??Since this review was written I’ve done further business with Fine and Raw.AND WITH FASTIDIOUS iNTEGRiTY,I’ll say the difference between one shipment and the next is not of a magnitude that it would merit discontinuing purchasing the MOST EXTRAORDINARY FiNE AND RAW products. They are Authentic,Unique AND UNiMiTATEABLE with a presence that is unsurpassed.TRUFFLE...

We called the previous week and asked if they are open for walk-in purchases. The person who answered the phone said yes and that their hours are from 9am to 5pm. Looking to buy truffles and bars as a special birthday gift, we went and visited their shop earlier this week. Sign at door says face masks are required in the premises. We were properly wearing face masks. It was just before noon, and their storefront door was open, and we walked in. My wife and I were the only ones in their rather spacious customer area. As we approached the counter, an angry grumpy cranky visibly annoyed man pounced from the side and in a rather unpleasant and very unfriendly tone, asked us what we were doing there. He then exclaimed that they are not open for walk-ins, as their café (??) is still closed. He then sternly told us to just go to their website to shop online and select either delivery or pick-up. We were standing just a couple feet away from their display area and checkout counter. Rude angry man then walked back to his work area; box-cutter in hand, snappily went back to folding carton boxes. Another person from the store stepped in and approached us. He was friendly, pleasant, and more accommodating, and he tried to salvage the belligerently inhospitable atmosphere set by the other guy. First impressions, however, have already been set. We left. We will not be visiting again, either their shop or their website.

We know another local independent small/medium-sized artisanal chocolate maker. We decided to buy from them instead, online through their website. We should have thought of them first, for this birthday gift purchase. They are in New Jersey. It’s a much longer drive though, but we’d like to visit their store and factory one of these days. I will call first of course, to check if they are open for walk-in visits. I trust that, if they say they are open for walk-in visits, that they are indeed truly OPEN for...

I wish I could give this company 5 stars... I bought a chocolate bar at a local grocery store here in SF and I was like wow.. this is great and plant based YESSS!!! I went to their web site and ordered a bunch and was super excited. When I didn't get an updated email after a few days I emailed them. I have ordered chocolate from other small craft companies and I usually get updates a little sooner. I got an email reply saying that they were out of one of my items and they were waiting for it to come back in, which would be a few days. I was given a few options and I decided to wait the few days and get the entire order instead of canceling the missing item. After downloading an APP to track my order ( this is the only way you can track your package, another star lost there) I can see that my order is still pending. After a few days, the app lets me know that the order was shipped and it would be to me in about 8 days. Strange, I thought shipping process to ship chocolate would be faster than 8 days... A little confused there. I also get an email from FIne and Raw letting me know that my order was delivered and to let them know if they can do anything else for me. Yes.. find my order that the APP says won't be to me for 8 more days and that you say has been delivered. I still am waiting for a response from Fine and Raw and still waiting for my order. I suggest buying Fine and Raw in a store and forgo ordering, it seems to be a huge...
