One of my favorite part is that I’ve been to in Brooklyn, always dependable always a vibe. This past weekend I went out with friends, and the DJ was absolutely smashing it. I highly recommend coming here with a small group of people. At night it tends to get packed and has an entrance fee. But it’s a lot cheaper than paying $40 for elsewhere. The times I’ve gone here, it’s come in around $10 for entry late night.

Blink and you’d miss it, this little nightclub style venue serves fresh cocktails in what is probably the darkest bar I’ve been into. We visited on a Tuesday evening so naturally the place was quiet, but I got the impression things were going to heat up a bit later (they’re open super late). Cocktails were very alcohol forward, music was great, staff friendly and accommodating. Will return!

Unassuming bar yet so fun! I geeked out about the ambiance and how its space themed. Its a small space but we came here on a Saturday night around 11 and still found space to dance... I will say that shortly after we arrived, a line developed, so its probably best to get there early. A plus was that the bouncer was also very nice to us. If you're in the area, definitely check it out.

I would like to leave a review. I came with my girlfriends in a good mood on Friday night to Saturday night and was happy to visit this place and have fun on Friday night. My friends provided a Texas id and driver's license and they were allowed in . I gave the security guard the real New York ID that I got from the official New York office. And your guard refused to let me through. I asked him to explain the reason and he demanded my driver's license, moreover I showed him the photo of my travel passport which was stored in my phone to check my year of birth and data. He refused on principle to look at other available documents. And told me to leave the premises. It was raining terribly, I refused to leave the area of checking documents and remaining in a good mood asked to call the manager. I asked him several times "why can't I pass?" to which he did not answer me, I asked to call the manager, he just ignored me and demanded my driver's license. I have NEVER had a driver's license in my life, I use Uber, subway, driver and do not drive a car. Anyway, I was terribly disappointed with the hospitality of this place. I really love to dance and have never had a situation like this. I can get into any bar or club in New York. But no, your security guard ruined my night. My friends and I left. I'm very, very disappointed I...

I’ve been going to Jupiter Disco since they opened and I have always enjoyed dancing there, the vibe and music is generally good. This review however was for the very rude experience I had last night. I was siting at the bar, close to the DJ just taking a break after dancing and because a guy was bothering me on the dance floor grabbing me. I don’t know what possessed the guy who collects the empty glasses and cleans the bar table to be so rude but he was literally reaching over my head and body to clean, when there was no one on the other side of me, he could’ve gone around me. He apologized but kept doing it, and it made me feel as if they were bothered I was sitting down or something, although at that moment the dance floor wasn’t that busy. I was also dancing from the stool engaged with the music. As someone who has been going there since the beginning of time, I found that behavior from the employee to be extremely disgusting to literally have his body over me as a 5’3 female so you can clean despite all of the space. After like 10min after that I left and went somewhere else. I feel turned off from...

The name Jupiter Disco definitely fits the vibe. The bar is dimly lit, except for the pink neon light decor, and glaring retro TV’s that use a code-like typography to display the menu. This combined with the minimal, yet industrial aesthetic makes you feel like you’re getting shwasty on the Starship Enterprise. Cocktails are crafty and innovative. I ordered The Hit of the Search Party and The Longest Night. Both cocktails were refreshing and a bit on the sweeter side, but overall delicious. The bartender was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks and their flavor profiles. I went on a Wednesday, so it wasn’t busy, but they had a DJ who played mostly 80’s techno music, so I could see it turning into a literal disco on the weekends. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for craft cocktails in an unassuming, yet...
