The food @ GT Paradise is absolutely delicious, tasty, flavourful (yes I’m Caribbean), real home cooking & all the awesome adjectives one can think of in relations to good food. I’m Jamaican and had a taste for Guyanese food being as I worked in a GT restaurant years ago. The food was refreshingly amazing, it was real home style cooking; I find that smaller mom & pop restaurants make the better tasting foods. This will be my new spot. Food is overpriced for what you get. I barely got 3 pieces of chicken and this was $12. I work across the street and waste $25 on this. The chow mein also goes bad fast. I couldn’t finish it and threw the rest away
Curry goat had a strange flavor. Only good thing was salt fish and bake but the nasty attitude from the owner with the gold in his mouth (who clearly doesn’t want to be there) isn’t worth even spending money in here.
