Kawsar Sweet House — Restaurant in New York

My brother and i literally went to get one order of chicken momos and ice cream. She said it would take 10 minutes but we waited 25 minutes for the momos and they were still half frozen. We went back, another 25 minutes and the momos were still barely heated. I watched this girl put the display cone on my ice cream that has probably been sitting out there for weeks and was stale. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but every single person that was there at the same time as us had to come back twice for different reasons. One man had to come back because his coffee cup lid did not even fit and his drink split all over him. They called this man back after he left the store thinking he didn’t pay although he did. If you’re gonna make customers wait half an hour for a simple order it has to at least be right and take some accountability instead of denying every single review that people make. Absolutely loved my experience at Kawsar Sweet House! Their signature cannoli cake is a must try each bite was a delicious surprise with layers of cannoli, chocolate mousse, vanilla sponge, and chocolate sponge, all topped with chocolate ganache! And super affordable compared to other bakeries!

Also tried out their strawberry mojito drink. It was incredibly refreshing and flavorful. I also tried their açaí bowl, and it was super fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor, light but satisfying.

And don’t even get me started on the roshogollas.. so soft, with just the right amount of sweetness. You’ll definitely end up going back for more.
