Guac Time Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

I used to come to Guac Time often when they just opened because of one specific employee a short Black girl who worked at the front counter. She was always professional, fast, welcoming, and had a great attitude. Her energy and service were a big reason I kept coming back.

Since she is no more there , the vibe has completely changed. The new staff seem like nice people, but they don’t bring the same level of professionalism or friendliness. No smiles, no connection with customers, and the service just feels off.

I’m giving 3 stars because the food is still good, but customer service is a big part of the experience and that’s definitely gone down. I hope management takes this seriously and brings back that warm, professional energy that made this...

First time ordering from this place, I just happened to walk by and decided to try them. The girl who served me seemed a bit annoyed because I was asking questions about the menu, I left my glasses and I told her that, and they didn’t have paper menus. I ended up getting a jerk chicken quesadilla with the orange sauce, it was really good. The chicken was very flavorful, and the sauce was nice and spicy. They have a nice little set up, it’s clean and they have a few tables if you want to dine-in.
