Happy Garden — Restaurant in New York

Placed some orders today. Customer service was iffy from the jump after I paid. Food was very small tiny too small for the amount I paid I would like more than a spoonful of rice. Food was meh nothing amazing or spectacular. Maybe it's because I'm not a regular customer here but everyone coming in the restaurant after me got served first while I waited a good while for my food. We arrived for a party of 20+, service was unorganized. There was no utensils or napkins on the tables. Beverage orders were taken, it took 15 minutes to get them; one guest didnt get her beverage for 30 minutes. Food orders were taken, salad brought out (incorrectly). Dinner served, steaks not seasoned, baked potato (not enough toppings). Children ordered hot wings which were dry and the sauce was put on the side. For all the money spent the best thing was the warm bread and butter. I will never go back. Horrible first time experience...

The Chef should be fired due to disrespecting the customers and not treating them with respect.

I picked up my order yesterday and he very rudely said I was not smart, whereas I replied here look meand look at you- I am a professional and that is NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!

If he was smart he would have retired by now by after 30 YEARS HE STILL WORKING THERE- Cmon now- He needs to smarten up and not take it personal with the people coming in with MONEY to PAY FOR...
