Healthy In Dyckman Juice Bar & Cafe — Restaurant in New York

My first and last visit to this unfriendly and unprepared business. I order my food. Pay cash. Employee tells me they don't have the correct amount of change. He asked me to settle with less change then owed. I told him i only have cash and that I won't leave with less change because they don't have sufficient money to break a 20 dollar bill. He proceeded to tell me he can just cancel my order. Very rude, immature, and amateur on his part. I told him, make note to your manager/owner that your business is not fully prepared to handle customers paying cash and card. Cash payments can't be discriminated against. They also discriminate against service animals, even after vocalizing to him that my animal is a service animal. He told me wait outside that it's a tight space. There was literally one in the entire space besides myself waiting inside and on the opposite side 10+ ft away from me. I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with Health on Dyckman when it comes to pricing. The amount listed on the menu is never what I actually end up paying. The first time I visited over a year ago, I ordered a vegan sandwich and was surprised at the higher total at checkout. When I questioned it, a thin Hispanic guy behind the counter told me not to go by the menu prices because “they aren’t correct.”

Despite this, I gave them another chance—mostly because healthy food options in the area are limited. I ordered an açaí bowl three days in a row, and each day I was charged a different price. I was supposed to be paying $14, but the price kept creeping up until today, when I was told it was $20. At that point, I had enough and walked away.
