First and quite possibly the last time I will ever come to this location. Me and my boyfriend decided to check out this place since it is close to our place and it is a new location. Coming for a bite at 3.30 pm when the entire restaurant is empty and plenty of staff around this place failed so miserably. We got seated very quickly and our waiter Jared B came around pretty quick. He got us our drinks while I was still debating what to eat. I'm impressed at his memory as he memorized our entire order, which was delivered exactly as we had order it. That is the only good part of that whole experience, then the nightmare began. The food that we got was lukewarm at best, our sunny side eggs were undercooked (egg yolk was still running). Basically the served us raw eggs, cold bacon, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. We asked our server to remake the whole order. He only collected half the food from the table and had it remade ignoring the rest. New food was slightly better. It was a couple of degrees warmer but still not good enough. I was starving so I let it slide. Half way through our meal he collected the rest of our food and had it remade cause we had to complain about it yet again. While I was finishing my plate he came over to ask how our pancakes were. I replied that I haven't even tried them ( which was clearly visible as they were intact) to which he just took my plate where the pancakes were and dumped them on the next table which was waiting to be cleaned. He never even realized he had taken them. When another table next to us asked for the check he automatically dropped ours as well. Until that moment I was still expecting him to bring me another set of pancakes after I was done with my meal, but it never happened so I asked him why he took my pancakes if he was not gonna replace them. He had no memory of taking my food which is completely absurd. To add insult to injury he then brought us 2 pancakes to go, after we told him multiple times that we no longer wanted them. This incident is my first bad experience with IHOP in general having visited their establishments previously in New Jersey. It has left a bad feeling in my mouth. It's it so absurd to believe that their food is served cold to lukewarm only. Employees can only do so much there. Management is non existent also. Some older lady approached a table next to us who had a complaint also about her food quality. She was so disinterested in listenin to her complaint or even to try to rectify the situation and find a solution. She sounded more annoyed at the fact that someone dared to open their mouth to complain about their establishment. Incredibly unprofessional and under qualified for this position. I always had the impression that IHOP takes pride in their locations and makes sure that quality is provided in all of their locations. I guess I have been taught a painful lesson. We’ve been respectful customers for about a year now. We have always paid a lump some for our hunger but the inventory at this location is total bull. The customer services is poor. Last week we stepped in around Monday afternoon; I must add how the waitress was inappropriate and un kind I asked for a breakfast sandwich and she brought me a burger when i told her that wasn’t my order she became upset and walked away. She took about 25 minutes to bring what I ordered: which by this time, my family has eaten and my appetite suddenly left: We decided to still pay for the meal with no deduction or apology: this week we decided to come back and this time we had a male waiter His name was Lee. His performance was well as his approach was neutral i ordered the kids meal for my children as for me and my husband we ordered samplers. I decided to order ice cream for my children it’s unbelievable how this locations ice cream machine is never in working The food was a doll as I’ll add the food is nearly up to part. As my family and I have a fabulous brunch we over hear a conversation with who I believe is the manager or supervisor and our waiter Lee: this we will announce We support the LGBT as my brother does drag and we support his movement. I love all LGBT and pride. What’s improper was our Male waiter and the male manager flirting around my children most importantly my children and at a work environment! Although it’s lunch time you can smell the alcohol coming from the manager. How unprofessional. Read moreI came here for some simple quick breakfast with my family of 3. First they sat us down without even checking if the tables were clean. A waiter had to come to us and ask us the customers if the table was clean because he didn’t remember cleaning it (lucky for him it was). Then our waitress came in and was taking our orders and she wasn’t even asking the correct questions about how we wanted our eggs made… I basically had to correct her when she’s supposed to do her simple basic job and she apologized. After our order was taken she comes back and says there’s no ice cream available for my son’s milkshake, which I don’t understand why they’re promoting new flavored milkshakes if they don’t have the ingredients to prepare it. So I said ok. When we received our drinks, the coffee they gave me was extremely cold. I had to ask for a fresh batch of hot coffee since that’s what roasted coffee is supposed to be. I didn’t ask for an iced coffee. Then there was a problem with getting our food, technical difficulties with the grill in the kitchen so we waited over 30 mins for basic food. When we received our orders, they had it wrong. Our orders were not what we said and platted wrong with the wrong items. She said I can bring you a plate so you can separate them. After that we asked for extra napkins and she told us that as per policy she can’t give any more than that. Like what? Policy for extra napkins seems diabolical. Also one of our forks were dirty with stains and we had to ask for a new one. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had at an ihop. Will not be returning. If you want a better experience with better quality and better working employees who know what they’re doing then go to a different location.
