I was so hype to go with my mom to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant is well decorated and clean. They have happy hour until 7 pm. Me and my friend and I ordered margaritas. They were tasty, but u can not taste any liquor in them. My friend had a few and did not compare to just having one from other places. So probably they are weak because of happy hour price. My mom had red wine, it was ok. They are not so many options to share in the appetizers. I ordered the causa Con pollo because the waitress was kind of rushing the order. the flavor was good and well presented. They have a lot of items in the menu to choose from. Been a colombian peruvian fusion I tried a mix ceviche. most of the fish was very chewy and hard. I had ceviches in many places and I have never left half of it in the plate. My mom ordered a chicken cutlet with champions sauce .The taste was good, but the chicken was hard because I tried it too. My friend is vegan, so she only had 2 menu options . She actually said her rice was not well cooked. The worst part there so many servers, but their main objective was gossiping and not attending tables. I had to continuously look for the one assigned to the table. Also, my moms birthday was not even acknowledged after we had said it at the beginning. Another thing we noticed. No water is served unless u ask. Most of the places I have been to,they ask or just put it on the table. The waitress said that u have to ask for it. As a latin customer, I was very disappointed to not had a tasty ceviche

I read good things on social media so been wanting to check them out. I don’t eat out much so haven’t had the opportunity to eat here. But today I was spending time with my son and decided to go get some juice drinks there after seeing them listed on their menu. The lady who helped us was very nice. My son asked for a passion fruit drink and I asked for a mango. She made and served him his and figured mine was coming shortly. There were other patrons there and it seemed like she was the only one with the customers. So I was waiting there patiently at the bar area with my son. Finally we got her attention and clarified that I was also interested in having the mango drinks. I wasn’t mad or anything, it was just inconvenient because we had less mom and son time. The drinks were good, nothing crazy. But I definitely want to go back to try their food. The reason for my review is that I noticed the cool looking straws which wrappers said “greenprint”. I looked it up and found they are industrial curbside compostable. I am VERY passionate about the environment and sustainability so I appreciated that they have chosen these straws 👏 The cups aren’t anything out of the ordinary far as eco friendly. Maybe that is worth considering as well in the future! If I get to go back to have a meal I will update the review.

Avoid at all costs. Service is unacceptable - when we are 1 of 3 tables of 2ppl, why does it take 20min and asking twice to get tap water?? Food is so tasteless and poorly cooked. Though the name leads you to believe this is a Peruvian restaurant (Inca Paisa) it is not at all authentic, rather it is some kind of Colombian food. The Pisco sour is supposed to be their best drink, I even talked at length with the waitress who convinced me. The drink burns your insides. I ordered the expensive steak “entraña”- it’s tough and tastes old. I asked for medium rare, got well done. The Peruvian chicken is not seasoned to Peruvian standards, more like store bought rotisserie chicken The Maracuya drink is basically iced water with maracuya foam at the top. The sauce bottles they brought to the table were empty. Regret taking a chance on this place. Now I have to pay for poor food and service. I asked to speak with the manager so we could come to a mutually agreeable conclusion, and he simply made eye contact from across the room and walked to the kitchen, not to be seen again. I’m quite convinced the reviews that convinced me to take a chance on this place were incentivized by the business.

I've gone TWICE and in fact returned the second time because the first time was really good so I am so disappointed to have to share this. I am hoping the establishment pays attention and course corrects cause they are definitely moving in the wrong direction. Ok, so a friend of mine, who lives near this location, suggested going after a long studio session. He LOVES this place. It was packed, cosy, great atmosphere, the service was great, super attentive... I thoroughly enjoyed my time there from start to finish. It was a Tuesday nite, around 8. I go back with my partner only 3 weeks later and it is a completely different vibe! It was again, after a long studio session but this time on a Wednesday. Immediately upon arrival it just felt different. The greeting server was not interested in us or just plain bored. He almost reluctantly sat us, handed us menus and walked away.

SIDE NOTE: I was a server for many years and there is a body language... My partner and I are Brown, Hispanic individuals. A strong belief amongst the servers that I worked with was that people of color don't tip well... I'm not saying this is what was happening but it is how I felt. I happen to be an insanely big tipper because I appreciate how difficult this job is... moving on!

I asked for a Frozen drink, which was ON THE MENU and the server seemed almost annoyed that I was ordering it. He then told me he would see if the bartender was IN THE MOOD to make a frozen drink and suggested I just take a regular, unfrozen version of the drink I ordered. I was stunned, confused even. There was a blender RIGHT ON THE COUNTER with an already mixed portion of something frozen. In any event he never said yay or nay and brought the frozen drinks eventually and not the way we ordered them.

We order our entrees and the sides take forever to come out. He had clearly forgotten them and was, again, annoyed that we had to get his attention to ask for the rest of our order. There was another server, perhaps manager, who thought to check in on us at one point and even helped with the missing sides and condiments. The food was not good or hot and in dire need of seasoning. The salad on my plate was dry and did I mention, NO SIDE DRESSING which, again, took forever to get making the main part of our dish, cold. It was just one thing after another.

While there were a good amount of people, t not they were not slammed. Everyone had their food and there wasn't the frenzied energy of servers trying to keep up. ALSO, there were several (perhaps too many) male servers on shift. Enough of them to handle the patrons quite easily. I was a server in a super high end, super slammed restaurant so I know how this works. The servers at Inca Paisa were scattered and running into each other over one table! I wasn't sure what was going. They also kept running into each other coming in and out of the kitchen. Needless to say, I wanted to chill after a hard days work and this was not the place to do it in nor will I ever go again.

It is a very nice place and I believe it is fairly new. It is unfortunate that my two visits were so night and day! Very...

I went to have lunch with my wife on August 29, 2024. The food was fine. We paid the bill and left. The bill came out to $87.11. I tipped the waitress $20 so the total bill came to $107.11. When I gave my credit card, I noticed the waitress took the bill towards the kitchen and then later on went to the cash register. the next day I checked my bill and found charges for $107.11 And one for $87.11 I called the restaurant so they can Correct the issue. I was promised a phone call from the manager there within 20 minutes. The day went by and no one called me. I called the next day and once again, I was promised that the manager will call me within 20 minutes. I explained to them that’s what I was told the day prior and they assured me he would call me within 20 minutes. Approximately an hour later, I received a text message from a man introducing himself as Tobias and asking me what is wrong. as I was driving I picked up the phone and called his number. He answered it very rudely telling me he’s extremely busy and he can’t talk to me right now to which I responded. Why did you bother texting me and I hung up the phone as my frustration is now mounting. He then proceeds to text me again apologizing and telling me he is very busy. I pulled over and I explained via text everything over again and how they double charged me. He asked me for details like the last four digits of my card, approximately when this took place and then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t see charges only one for $107.11. I proceeded to text him a screenshot of my credit card bill showing clearly both charges in succession at the same time instead of refunding me my money, he tells me I need to call the bank , I told him I spoke with the bank and he asked me to work with the vendor and that is why I’m reaching out to him. He told me he would get back to me. Eventually he text me back saying that I should see the money back in my account within 3 to 5 business days. Now six business days went by and I never received the refund so I contacted him again only to get a text back telling me I need to call the bank so to sum this review up yes the food is fine however if I can give them a negative score on customer service and how to handle a situation which they have created I would gladly do so. Obviously, I will not...

We came for dinner on NYE sat and waited 25mins for some napkins on our table and water. No one came. Our server Michael(name on final bill, no he did not introduce himself)finally showed up and asked what we wanted to order without even greeting us or offering us a beverage to start. He was gone for most of the time. I almost had to pull silver ware off another table before I saw the busser and asked him. They were out of 3 different items on the menu already at peak dinner time. The food took a while to come out. Appetizers came at different times. We packed up half of our entrees because we were getting tired at this point and just wanted to leave. We then waited another 25 mins for the check after my cousin asked several times for it. She finally had to get up and walk over to him to insist to get it right away. Then, on the bill, Michael forgot to take off an item they ran out of. I also asked him for a basic margarita rox for my mom and he up charged me for a VIP $16 margarita. When he asked if I wanted any special tequila I said NO! And top of that he adds his own gratuity to our bill! We’re a party of 4! Our cards were already charged when we noticed all the errors. And because there was NO Manager on duty, they could not adjust our bill. We were offered cash as the difference and sent on our way. Arrived around 7:30 and left almost 10:30. Most of that time was left waiting for either our server or food. Even though the food was tasty. It’s not worth coming back. You should be better prepared and def have a manager on the floor on a holiday. And Watch your staff. They shouldn’t be automatically adding gratuity to checks and upselling when I said NO thanks. I served for over 20yrs in all areas of Food And Hospitality. I had a lot of patience until it was just too much of a spoiler on my...
