Bagels on the Boulevard — Restaurant in New York

Sad I need to give this bad review because the workers there are friendly helpful but I just wanted my food that I paid for that’s all 🙄 All I wanted was a muffin a drink and a bacon turkey cheese wrap the muffin was like 4 dollars & the wrap was like 8 or 9 bucks with the drink the order came out to like $15 not counting the Uber delivery which made it come out to like $21 not counting the tip I gave to the driver in total was like $26 🤷‍♂️ first of all the muffin was so Stale I couldn’t eat it even if I wanted to it was like a Rock for obvious reasons because it was just in a brown paper bag it wasn’t wrapped in plastic or container nothing & the wrap was so small it was like just one slice of the thinnest turkey maybe one strip of bacon in a wrap that was shorter than a Straw 😑 I couldn’t eat any of it so I just threw it out & I would rather staff or workers being nasty and rude but the food be great instead of the workers being nice and then literally robbing you for your money with food you can’t even eat 💵 I hope they enjoy the $15 they got from me because I’m never making the same mistake again ☯️ now I’m gonna go try and order food again for the...

Went into store this morning, and there was one customer in front of me

All of the workers were just congregating towards the back and not helping anyone.

A dissatisfied customer then walked back into store stating he ordered a Turkey sandwich BLT and seem everyone working got involved.

I thought fine let them get this irritated person out of the store

Finally someone took the customer in front of me and my order, seems only 1 person spoke broken English at store and he was then telling the other 5 employees what to do

Simple order 2 plain bagels with cream cheese, toasted bagel with butter and 2 toasted muffins with butter

After 20 min still no order, asked what’s going on and was asked what I ordered and the entire order he wrote down was wrong.

The rude clerk then had the nerve to tell me that’s what I ordered cause that’s what he wrote down

Told him Thanks and cancel the order and Walked out and will never...

I don't know where to begin. The first time I ordered a hero of pastrami with what I wanted on it, it was loaded with so much oil it was all over my hands, face and new pants. I told the cook and you could see he felt bad, so I decided to give them an extra chance. The second time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with only salt and pepper. I told the girl three times. I look in the sandwich, there was tons of ketchup in it. The third time since it is close to my home, again I ordered a pastrami sandwich hero a blueberry muffin and a piece of cake. The hero bread was stale, also the blueberry muffin. She asked me 6x times what I wanted on my hero.

I understand Spanish very well. She was speaking to her staff on how I was Italian, fat etc., when I called her on it, she told me I could have a free coffee but I left. They were closing so I sat by the entrance. Multiple times she told me I had to get up.
