Jade Palace Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I lived in Section 5 for my entire life. The people who makes your order who cooks your food and gives you the food that they cook, you really have to give them a round of applause. In my eyes in my opinion, they are hard workers. Unfortunately we do have crazy people living in our section and in Co-op City in general that are completely disrespectful. Being that they speak another language, it's hard for you to understand what they are saying. Because of that, we unfortunately assume that they are about to make your food the wrong way. I'm no chef but I might as well be a food critic, but they should really add a limited amount of oil they put in their food. For an example whenever you fry chicken you should perhaps get a napkin to drain all the oil that is still inside that chicken. The napkin can simply be used to absorb all the oil that may still be in that food. It's just a suggestion. But otherwise their food...

I never experienced a rude attitude with these people until today. The cashier in front was arguing with 2 ladies when I entered then turned her rage on me when I asked her the price that she said was different over the phone. She was rolling her eyes and snatching money. She has such bags under her eyes maybe she don't get any sleep which accounts for her bad attitude. I do not like eating from people who act like that because who knows how they treat food when no one is looking. Too bad this is the only place close to my job that I can pass and grab a bite but that may be coming to and end. I'll settle for a sandwich from the convenience store next door until shes gone or they get proper costomer...

Worst place ever do yourself a favor and stay away! They act like they doing you a favor! The young lady has the worst attitude ever! I ordered my food for my family at 8pm the food shows up at 9:15pm, First of all the food was cold and I was missing an order, I call back and the rude lady tells me she can't guarantee when my owed order that I paid for will come? I proceed to demand my food. They couldn't provide so I went to get my money as instructed! When I get to store they only wanted to give me the money for food and not tip! I demanded my tip with a huge fight! NEVER will order...
