I had the misfortune of dining at Jam Rock Restaurant in the Bronx, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The food and overall experience were atrocious, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The cuisine was subpar, lacking flavor and presentation.

The owner's communication skills were appalling, displaying a shocking lack of customer service skills.

The atmosphere was uninviting and uncomfortable.

Avoid Jam Rock Restaurant at all costs. The combination of poor food, inadequate service, and unwelcoming ambiance makes it the worst restaurant...

If the owner is reading this we are pleading with you to stop that redundancy of the music it’s too loud, and repetitive, you have the speaker facing outside like a block party, it’s disturbing and very depressing please turn it off, the thought was fine but you are not attracting any crowd with the music,you can still sell without the outdoor speakers!!….or at least switch up the playlist it’s the same thing for months and it disturbs many people in the neighboring building, we have enough signing the partition to stop the music. As it is a real distraction...

Amazing customer service. Me and my friend came from out of town and Garnett served us enough food to last for 2 days. Even though we only paid for one meal. I definitely recommend this...
