This use to be my neighborhood supermarket. I moved away a little over a year ago. I went there today to buy a couple of things while visiting family. Let's just say I was really disappointed in the service. My cashier failed to ask me for the club card or my info in order to obtain the sale prices. Usually the cashiers would just scan a random card if I didn't have it with me. But she never even asked. When I looked at my receipt I paid full price for all the items I chose. Mind you I only picked the products that was on sale. When I told her about it she tried telling the short Spanish man attending to the baggage drop off. He acted like he didn't understand what was being said. After about 5mins that man and the cashier just said there is nothing they could do about it now. BULL!! My 1st job was a supermarket cashier and having to shop alot I know for a fact that they could've helped me. I had a club card!!! They could have voided the transaction and re-do the sale. I was so mad but I just stormed out. I felt like going back in there telling them how to do their job but I did not. I wish I saw Chelsea during that visit but unfortunately I didn't. I know she would have corrected the problem and made this...

However, the manager has to do something quickly with the staff, specifically with the cashier named Maria. My family, friendships and I have several years purchasing in this supermarket.

A few months ago, I approached the cashier named, Maria to pay a gallon of water that was marked with the price $0.99 cent, but when I made the payment, this cashier charged me 1.29 + taxes. When I asked her why she charged me that amount when the item was marked $0.99 per unit, she laughed at me and said: "We gonna fix this right away". So she called a guy and change the price on my face laughing at me by 1.29 + taxes. Yesterday, the same cashier did the same thing with some orange juice that I purchased and that was marked 1.79, when I went to the register to make the payment, she charged me 2.19 + taxes per unit. When I asked her why she always is changing the price at the register when the customers approach to make the payment, which she replied: "The price went up". Then I went back to the item stock and took a picture of it, showed her the price tag, then she charged me the item as it was marked. She always does this, which is illegal.

This year this has happened to me more than 3 times. My family, some friends, and I from the neighborhood, who have several years purchasing this supermarket, are thinking about moving to other supermarkets because of this cashier's rude behavior, always she is in bad mood. This register has done this also to my family and my friendships that purchase there.

I have a club card, but they never ask for it.

Sin embargo, el gerente tiene que hacer algo rápidamente con el personal, específicamente con la cajera llamada María. Mi familia, amistades y yo llevamos varios años comprando en este supermercado.

Hace unos meses me acerqué a la cajera llamada María para pagar un galón de agua que estaba marcado con el precio de $ 0.99 centavo, pero cuando hice el pago, esta cajera me cobró 1.29 + impuestos. Cuando le pregunté por qué me cobraba esa cantidad cuando el artículo estaba marcado como $ 0,99 por unidad, se rió de mí y dijo: "Vamos a arreglar esto de inmediato". Así que llamó a un chico y cambió el precio de mi cara riéndose de mí por 1,29 + impuestos.

Ayer, la misma cajera hizo lo mismo con un jugo de naranja que compré y que estaba marcado 1.79, cuando fui a la caja registradora para hacer el pago, me cobró 2.19 + impuestos por unidad. Cuando le pregunté por qué siempre cambia el precio en la caja cuando los clientes se acercan para realizar el pago, ella respondió: "El precio subió". Luego volví a las existencias del artículo y le tomé una foto, le mostré la etiqueta del precio y luego me cobró el artículo tal como estaba marcado. Ella siempre hace esto, lo cual es ilegal.

Este año esto me ha pasado más de 3 veces. Mi familia, unos amigos y yo del barrio, que llevo varios años comprando este supermercado, estamos pensando en mudarnos a otros supermercados por la mala conducta de esta cajera, siempre está de mal humor. Este registro también ha hecho esto con mi familia y mis amistades que compran allí.

Tengo carnet del club, pero nunca me lo piden.

They're overpriced for the area. I'll go to western beef for now on. I went to get some spicy noodles because they're the only ones in the area. An employee tried to tell me and my mother in law that they're only selling it individually and not by the pack. I told him 2 days prior, I bought 2 packs so why couldn't I get it again? He tried to tell me no that it won't scan, but ok go take it. We're waiting in line and my mother in law looks to around and sees the same gut with the soups and doing something in the system. My mother in law asks what he's doing and he wouldn't say. They argue because she thinks he changed the price in the system because it was more than I remembered. They said it's because of inflation, and if they didn't "report" the packages scanning at the register he would lose his job. I still spent $61 there, but I'm never...
