I am writing to express my concern regarding the quality of the food I have received from your establishment on multiple occasions when ordering through Uber. Specifically, I have noticed that the burnt portion of the rice has been consistently included in my orders.

In addition, the last fried chicken meal I purchased lacked proper seasoning. As a loyal customer who has consistently ordered from your restaurant through Uber for several years, I am familiar with the usual quality of your food and was disappointed by this recent experience.

While I acknowledge that occasional errors may occur, I kindly request that your establishment take the necessary steps to ensure consistent food quality. When your food meets the expected standards, it is truly exceptional. I would love for it to remain great because this is my regular go to restaurant.

This place used to be great but things have changed drastically. I'm confused about why the woman at the counter was behaving as if she was in the military. No smile, no thank you. I feel bad giving a low rating, and I never tried the food, but I want to be honest. My rating is because of the Sanitary Food Inspection Grade. I went with my friend that ordered food and loves it and raves about it, but I didn't like the fact the restaurant has a "B" grade. I only eat in restaurants with nothing lower than an "A" rating. It looked decent, it is a take - out restaurant. The staff seemed pleasant with my friend. I expected something more as I had seen Groupon's for the restaurant. That's just me. Maybe I will check why they got the rating, and see if they will make the improvements to get an "A" rating, but for now I will pass and go to other restaurants.
