Food is good, service is horrible. Very rude girl who answers the phone. I've been denied delivery because it was raining, even DRIZZLING. But then see the Korean family across the street getting a delivery just a few minutes later from their delivery guy. They seem to only treat the Koreans with respect and cater to their own kind. Very...

Their ice coffee is best in NY!! This place is not Cafe, but Bagel & Sandwich shop. Their food is good, and they are friendly, AND their ICE COFFEE is just Amazing! I usuallu drink hot black coffee, but I only order Ice Coffee with milk&suger from this spot..please try ice coffee from this...
