There are a few instructors and I have ever only taken from Alina. She is understanding of the various health issues I have but her emphasis is always on whatever my body is comfortable of doing. At times I bring along my children who can only understand English. Alina will accommodate and provide her instructions in dual languages so they can understand. The class schedule is very flexible, at the first month you only pay $60 to try unlimited classes so you know which level you feel comfortable to join and which instructor you think she is good for you. This is a small and friendly environment practice studio. Read morePros- Wonderful community, warm and welcoming teachers. Classes are restorative, but also works up a sweat. Teachers are accommodating to English and Chinese speakers. I really enjoy my time there.
