Jimbo's Hamburger Palace — Restaurant in New York

I placed a order yesterday on 6/21 and I explained to the guy on the phone that I couldn’t put pressure on my left foot due to injury and I’m on the 5th floor. He told me yes they could deliver it to my door. I even tipped the young Spanish man 6.00 for walking up the stairs to my door. Now this morning 6/22 I call again and I’m still on bed rest with paper work and all to prove it and some other guy tells me no after I explained why I couldn’t come down and that I would even tip the young man who comes up. Now let me remind you that yesterday the nicer guy said let me ask first and then got a yes to do so, now this morning this guy just tells me straight up no I have to walk down 5 flights with a injured foot to get the food. I guess everyone doesn’t know real customer service so here’s my review, hire someone way more...

Horrible customer service. Order taker is rude, food cold, order was wrong and food arrived super late. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with mayo on both sides of the bread...with a coffee dark. The food was delivered late on top of that it had "0" mayo, cheese was solid cold-it looks like they put the cheese on top of the egg in hopes it melts but that was a fail. The person who answered was so rude and rushing my order over the phone, Let me call this for what it is, yes, the workers are Mexican majority there at Jimbos, I don't have a problem with that , the problem that i have is, how dare you be rude and and not have an ounce of care for the paying customer. The food price at Jimbos has gone up and quality of service and food is GARBAGE! So what do we do...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

The guy who picks up the phone is literally always rude i order from here all the time but today was my last day he picks up the phone rude in the middle of me placing my order he argues with the customer WHILE IN THE PHONE WITH ME so unprofessional asked for bacon cheese burger with extra fries he keeps telling me its a good amount im like ok im just say can you add a lil extra in there and charge he keeps telling me no pay for it separate like whats the problem i don’t understand then food comes cold barely any fries talking about good amount burger so damn small all this for 20 bucks not worth it at all this place use to be so much better idk whatvhapoen last time i ever get...
