The resin in rating a 1 star is because the driver took it upon himself to overcharge my account and add his own tip off my card!! My card jumped up to 2-4 different amounts ! I woke up the next morning with a negative balance!! I order the food because it was my child birthday and I was short money and don’t get paid for a few more days!! So I was unable to tip the driver ! He took it upon his elf to take his own tip and lie and told the pizza place that someone called him and told him to add the tip ! But the truth is he was was mad he didn’t get a tip from me !! And tried to be slick !! So I won’t ever order from here again!! SMH!! They tried to give me the money back but nope I don’t taut this place now or their drivers !! Because it should not of happened !! Ima struggling mother right now !! And I told man to tell the driver to keep it because his karma will repay him !! For doing me like that !! Taking from asi for mom who already struggling to feed her kids!! And it was my child birthday and I borrowed the money to be able to do something for her! Times have been hard for us. So for this to happen! It’s karma coming for the person...

A longtime friend of mine lives 2 blocks from here & she meets other friends here just about every Friday night. I joined them this week because my friend's birthday is Monday. I got a good size side salad w/ample bleu cheese dressing. And shared a pizza with another friend in the group. I didn't know how big the pizza was going to be & I ended up taking 3 slices home. I think we should have ordered a smaller pizza. Pretty sure the mushrooms on my half of the pizza were canned, & not fresh mushrooms. Pizza was okay. But I prefer The Brick's pizza (Clifton Park) much better. The waitress was busy & I had a hard time getting her attention for a coffee refill. I wasn't crazy about her tattoos & eyebrow piercing. Add to that she was smoking in the parking lot when I arrived. So I was rather shocked when once inside I learned she was an employee... & our waitress. Also, it looked like there was only 1 handicapped parking space which was already taken. Not a big deal for me as the parking lot isn't big & it wasn't a long walk to the building. The salad was much better...

Great food. Not as good IMHO as their competitor Testo but the prices are much better. Would have given them 4 stars if it weren't for a bad customer service experience. I love anchovies and my wife hates them. She also dislikes Italian food so it's not an issue as she orders a burger and I can anchovy up my pizza. The issue was after getting delivery I was disappointed to discover they forgot my anchovies. Not a deal breaker and they had done this before from time to time. So I resigned myself to eating my anchovyless pizza when my wife jumped up and ran to bathroom and began to throw up. THEY PUT THE ANCHOVIES IN THE BURGER. First who does that and when I called to complain and ask for a replacement burger, the owner who knows my family said "we'll make it right next time". No, you make it right then and there as my wife vomited from your mistake and now has no burger to eat. But he wouldn't "make it right" so long story short we refused to order from them for over 10 years. We have come back a time or two...
