I just moved into the city and everything is very very unfamiliar; I walked by and saw this place; it was my very first time eating thereā¦. Im a dumpling lover and I had ordered their beef dumplings⦠So when I walked Iām the entire place was empty and I dnāt if itās open so I nicely asked the guy if the place is open??? This guy named Saidul K thatās his name is an extremely unprofessional guy they have at the store⦠He couldnāt even help himself to greet me or at least say hi thereā¦. I asked him like 3 times if the place is open; he kept saying whatās up whatās up as if thatās something cute⦠I ordered beef dumplings called momo on the menu; he made me wait like 10mins for that little food⦠He took my order and disappeared; I had to physically call him to ask him to give me my printed receipt⦠I asked for a fork he didnāt even have any and had no regrets⦠I was probably his only customer last evening and he had given me very very poor customer service⦠The dumplings tasted good but they are kids size; the place is charging $7.33 for 5 beef momo ās so least make the size a decent amount for that price or you served 8 monoās for that price⦠And dnāt make the customer wait so longā¦. This guy is not the best when it comes to doing his job; I said I need a fork cuz Iām dining in and heās like whatās up??? Are you slow or something??? Coz you work in a restaurant and you dnāt understand what dining in means???⦠The owner needs to hire better staffā¦. I liked their beef momo but coz of this weird weird guy Iām not too happy to go back again plus he gave me very bad service and wait time was long for that small amount of foodā¦. Please hire better staff with better customer service experience; at least say hi to your customers if you want to build your businessā¦. Iām so disappointed it was my first time and I just moved into the cityā¦Horrible service by that guy from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a nice spot for getting drinks, but I think they should have a bit more food offerings because it's extremely limited at the moment. I had a mango pineapple green tea and it was really good, but I also wanted something savory to eat as well because there aren't a lot of food offerings in the area, especially not late at night. There also seems to be a lot of unused space inside which I think can definitely be utilized more.
I don't know what kind of aesthetic they're going for, but I feel like they could be a lot more successful if they encouraged sitting inside and staying for a bit like a coffee shop with free Wi-Fi. From what I can tell, there's no restroom either, which could be a huge bonus to get some paying customers inside. I would also like to see a few signs outside with specials or some kind of graphics enticing people to come inside to try a specific drink/menu item. The previous business there, Portland Jerk had tinted dark windows and it was usually hard to tell if they were even open or what they were even selling from a passerby. Anyways, just a thought.
Overall, still a great place and I would definitely go back to try...

Spicy chicken sandwich packs a decent kick while the chicken is tender & crispy. Each sandwich features a special sauce that is perfectly craveable and mildly addictive. Milkshakes are smooth and enjoyable, not so thick that you need to fight the straw. Taro & mango boba flavors are top notch, easily some of the best we've had! Momos are a tasty take on steamed dumplings paired with a delicious chutney. All in all, a great spot for take-out with clean & wonderful food and...
