KC Supermarket & Deli — Restaurant in New York

Seems like I’m not the only one with this issue , how do y’all forget simple orders?? How do u mess up my order More than 3 times. Atleast have some decent customer service with what we are paying for. I ordered onion rings i got fries so burnt and crispy it tasted old, I ordered a Dr Pepper I got a Pepsi?? Also I got no tomatoes in my chicken over rice just lettuce, I asked for ketchup in my bacon egg and cheese and no ketchup?? I understand if u may not have Dr Pepper in stock but don’t false advertise when u list that u have a range of sodas just ask which ever and it’ll be placed I don’t understand . On top of that no forks or napkins...

What do you expect ordering from a ghetto store sure they might be good for simple stuff that you can't screw up like a BLT or ham and cheese sandwich I always scope out the place before I order from any place just because it's on doordash or any delivery service does not make it a good place that's one of the miss conceptions of ordering online not every place is clean and provide quality food you got to do...
