Max-U Barber Salon — Local services in New York

I booked an appointment online and asked to pay 20 but once I got there they said I had to pay 10 extra dollars. Plus they said I never even had an appointment. They also don't accept card which is not stated on the website so I had to go find an ATM since I already paid the 20 online. I'm not even sure who cut my hair cause he wasn't the friendliest and didn't bother using customer service. Luckily he has a good set of skills and gave a good haircut which is why I didn't rate this place a 1 star. He also used a super hard brush on my hair and scratched so hard it was hurting till after I took a shower. I didn't bother telling him party cause I was extremely nervous the whole time.
