Kew Gardens Deli & Grill — Restaurant in New York

First time coming here for a quick baconeggandcheese on a roll. Friend got a turkey, egg and cheese for herself. Reviews complain about this place skimping on meats, but there was a good amount of bacon and turkey bacon on our rolls. The rolls could be a bit fresher and softer for a 10:30 am order, but overall the taste was great. Price was not bad either. I spend 31 dollars in 3 sandwiches of turkey on rolls . There was in each sandwich a piece and half of turkey . We felt we ordered just bread so horrible & upset to spend so much money for food . I understand there’s an increase in food , but seriously this was ridiculous & hard working money . If you need to raise prices do so at least we can feel full & satisfied. I felt robbed...

Beware! Not sure about the younger employees, but the older gentleman who does the payment transactions (the owner maybe?) price gouges! I’ve only been here 4 times this week & TWICE he has tried to overcharge me.
