King House — Restaurant in New York

I have been ordering from another Chinese restaurant in the area for over 5 years and have never had any interest in changing because I liked their food, but since I had an offer on Grubhub, I was like "Eh, why not try from somewhere else?" so I ordered from here and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered two basic dishes just to try and I will happily come back here.

I ordered #146 Sesame Chicken and #2 Fried Chicken Wings w/ fried rice. They were both very good and tasty. The sesame chicken had probably the crunchiest exterior I ever had. It was very tender and juicy and the sauce was nice and tangy as well. The fried chicken was also good, but nothing very special. It's about what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant. The lady working there when I picked up was very friendly while I waited.

I only have a couple of complaints which is that my sesame chicken only came with 2 very small pieces of broccoli and that there isn't an option to add fried rice to every dish in the Grubhub app which would have been nice because I would've preferred fried rice to white rice. If there were more customization options such as that, I would be much more likely to order...

Please don’t waste your money here, they do not deserve their 5 stars whatsoever. I ordered their chow mein and got rice with bland chicken, when I called she laughed and said that was chow mein. Very rude also the delivery guy wasn’t gonna give me the correct change for a 100 dollar bill until I called...

I order take out from here regularly because the food is always so delicious. I never get bored of it. There’s so much variety, there’s always something new to try, something im in the mood for and everything I’ve tried here so far is so flavorful...
