COSMO AQUARIUM Fish Store — Attraction in New York

Went to support a small fish Business, but was rudely greeted by one of the ladies. I saw many reviews saying its was a positive experience so i went to check it out, the prices are crazy expensive which was unexpected. On top of that i heard the lady cussing which is totally unprofessional. I don’t mind supporting a small business even when the prices are a bit high but as soon as I heard her cussing i automatically felt unwelcome into the store and left empty handed. Im not sure if she was cursing about me on the phone but to have that when a customer is present isn’t right...

I recently visited Cosmoquarium and I must say, it was a great experience! Right from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the vibrant colors of the fish and the impeccably clean aquariums. It’s evident that the staff here takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for the fish.

I work in the circus so I travel a lot and I’ve been to meany meany meany pet and fish stores and I have never came a cross a fish store like This one. This fish store takes very well care of their fish. The staff is very helpful and answered every question I had. The guy there gave me perfectly well instruction and explained everything step by step and if you don’t know but of fishes after he walks you through you will feel like an expert jeje.
