Love & Delicious Deli — Restaurant in New York

First the food was delivered and the river and beans were opened in the bag and it was a soup by the time I opened it and it all ended up on my floor. The came the fact that half my order was missing. I called the store and his first words were what do u want me to do? Call the company-uber eats. He said he has no delivery so he cant send out the food. He cant refund me because uber eats processes the money. Told me he cant help but was a complete jerk and could not care less that he made a mistake forgot my food and now cant do anything about it. I decided I'd go over there and pick up my remaining order. When I showed up he said he is waiting on someone to deliver him bbq sauce for my burger. So while my food dries up and gets cold I have to stand there and wait for bbq sauce delivery. Overall horrible experience. I dont care how cheap the food is I wont be ordering...

The worst food I’ve ever tried. I ordered chicken over rice. Which I presumed is gyro. I specified tomatoes and staff. Instead of calling and letting me know it’s actually just a chicken leg over rice they actually delivered it! On top of it the chicken was dry and unsalted the chipotle burger had no chipotle sauce on it and the patty was so disgusting (also no salt) that I actually almost threw up. No joke.
