Knapp Pizza III — Restaurant in New York

I absolutely loved this wonderful restaurant's pizza and service. Their pepperoni pizza had lots of flavor and their chicken parmigiana pizza was great as well. My favorite part, though was the crust. Usually I find crust is just alright, not really worthy of much notice, but it was the complete opposite with this pizza. The crust was light, airy, not to crispy and not too soft. It was just right. Their chicken parmigian crust was even better. Phenomenal. It was flaky and every bite of that crust was a pleasure. I would buy just the crust because it was so good. The staff were very generous and kind. They handled an unhappy customer wonderfully, though I dont agree with that customer's judgement. I came around Easter so I was gifted with zeppolis. They look and taste delicious. They also provided me with a pizza cutter which I think was extremely generous. I would come back here anytime. One of the worst customer service experiences. I stopped ordering from this s**thole over 10 years ago because of how they talk to their customers. Then I called and ordered tonight, they tell me 30 minutes for pick-up. Went to pick it up after 35 minutes they just put my order in, so I asked the girl on the register how much longer will it take and instead of answering she put one of the cooks on the phone. This cockroach starts yelling at me that they have 100 orders and I need to wait, wouldn't tell me how much longer and instead just made me wait 15 more minutes. I should have just left but I didn't, my mistake. If it wasn't for all the snow I would have never given them another chance.

Calzones looked and tasted like white garbage juice. Dry and flavorless garlic knots. Cardboard pizza.

The restaurant is located in the Gravesend section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. Pizza, salads, appetizers, soups, calzones, hot and cold heroes, burgers, wraps, paninis, rolls, pasta, platters, desserts and beverages are available. I ordered the plain cheese pan pizza. It is made with a deep dish thick crust. It needed additional seasoning. The chicken cutlet parmigiana hero was small with several thin slices of breaded chicken. The bread was stuck to the aluminum foil of the wrapped sandwich. The seafood combination included several shrimp, clams, small pieces of clam and calamari. The pieces of clam were very chewy and I could not eat it. I also found a small piece of plastic in the dish. The food was average in taste and preparation.
