I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. Despite being a veteran, I was dismayed to find no appreciation for military service, as evidenced by the lack of a military discount. The food was overpriced, and the ice coffee station had no ice available. Moreover, the presence of beggars in the store asking for alms was unsettling, and the disorganized and disorderly line added to the overall negative experience.

Bagel was pretty perfect, fresh, light on the inside, crisp on the outside 😋 😋 😋 I like a schmear with tomato and onion and they always put the perfect proportion of each so it's tasty and filling without having things falling out from the bagel while you're eating. Each time I've been there the staff is prompt, courteous, aware when there's a customer waiting, which makes for a real old world experience both when it comes to the product and the service.

Ordered catered food. Negotiated a price inclusive of taxes, then my synagogue (a non-profit that legally shouldn't pay taxes) offered to take care of the bill they refused to provide an itemized bill and still charged the same tax-inclusive amount. We were also mandated to get servers. The servers setup and made food, but they didn't actually serve the food at all.
