If you still decide to cooperate with them, remember that they are working approx. 3 days a week, you have to pay $100 AND if you ask the refund, they just denied and will not giving the job, they just promise. I wasted too much time waiting for them. It is impossible that they will call you, and if you go to the office, they will try to help you, but everything is useless and just a waste of time. So don't waste your time with them.

11/30/22 UPDATE: Today they called me and tried to be deleted my review. They were asking to be refunded my registration fee thats generally belongs to me by law, after that he cursed me by pretty way when got refusal and tried to catch me with humanity principles. I SAID NO because I’m helping the people here to avoid them. People where they are sending the clients they always say reason of denial is a language ( Actually I heard when they discussed that this company doesn’t hire anyone from them and they are spending the time. ) What should I say? Hello to all community, I worked with this company for 3-4 weeks and it had been an u ethical journey.

3 issues : they will ask you for your social and claim to add you on “payroll”. After they get all your information they fire you and keep only workers who are undocumented “cash pay”. Tax season is here and I am following up and it’s unethical games. Social security was being ask for numerous times and it has been over a month on communication with Rami and David and all they kept saying is : the CPA is having issues. This type of excuses with no action is unexceptionable especially for businesses in community looking to business with people looking for job.

I mention to them, the only solution is to : give contact for CPA, pick up document in person … worst case report to irs and BBB and start a media document on this.

Waiting for my 1099 form via mail. So far no one from Labor To Rescue has respond. I can share more stories from this company to “fact check” all of this from multi sources.

Nothing professional in this agency, the only thing they do is take advantage of people who are looking for a stable job, practically the person who answers the calls is rude and despot. Well, in short, I went to work one day, they had me all day from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm without lunch time they made me carry all rubble, earth, stones, bricks, they did not give me gloves or a mask in a place where there was too much construction dust, I asked for a refund of the money paid to find a job, but they knew how to tell me that I They have to deduct from the work day and fill out the application again.
