Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New York

The location doesn't look like it's the cleanest and has many poorly handwritten signs that say things like "No Apple Pay please" and "Crazy Bread 2 for $5 with one sauce" which I find really strange. Little Caesars is a billion dollar, multinational company and yet this particular franchise is operating as if they want to spend as little money as possible on signs and advertising materials from Little Caesars.

You definitely can't beat the prices here though. They have an 'A' restaurant grade on their window outside which lessens my anxiety about unsafe food and honestly I think the pizza tastes pretty good. However, it's worth noting that the 'A' grade they received is from June 2022 and they haven't had an inspection since. That makes some of the other reviews I've read a bit concerning to say the least.

Anyways, I definitely would not get their wings again. They're dry and have a cardboardy black pepper taste to them. I've tried their wings before from another Little Caesars location a couple years ago and it was more or less the same taste. Not sure why people still buy them. Also, I feel like nearly everyone working here is bad at speaking English which means you probably have to repeat every single thing you say at least 3 times.

Also, I've ordered from the app twice to pick-up my food and they've taken around 20 minutes one time and about 5 minutes the other time so it's hard to say how you should time your pickup orders because it's anybody's guess.

Personally, I would keep coming here but I really wish they would neaten up their store. The least they can do is get someone with better handwriting to do rewrite their 4 signs at the register. And it would definitely help me sleep better at night if the city came and did another food...

Really poor experienced. Walked in here for the first time and how they treated a client was appalling. They hadnt fulfilled the customers order correctly then demanded the customer pay 64 cents for a sauce. Not a big deal so the client paid but when client complained that the last order they paid for one and didnt get their sauce I felt badly for them and no one tried to waive fees or apologize or anything. So anyways I order. Their credir card machine isnt working and theyre trying to convince me my card failed when I can clearly see the error that their service is down. Its not so much that they were issues but the customer service was just so poor imo. I was so hyped to try the wings and the 5 meats pizza but now it just left a bad taste in my mouth and wondering if little caesars be like this everywhere. Prob just here in...

This is a review of this specific store. I've gone here twice. First time I went, they forgot to make my order. They made me wait another 20 minutes in the store after the designated pick up time. Second time I went, I ordered cheese bread, it was terribly made. I've had little caesars cheese bread from other locations and it was great, lots of cheese, thick crust, the correct size. The cheese bread from this location had barely any cheese, half of it was not risen properly, and it was much smaller than it should be. Both times a terrible experience. Also it's right on Jamaica ave with tons of congestion everywhere, good luck finding a place to park because there is none, I had to risk parking in front of a hydrant both times.
