Pho real? @phoflavor has stacking bowls for their pho, which I’ve never seen before, and think is so fun. You get your sauces at the top, your basil, jalapeños, beans sprouts etc in the middle then the noodles meat at the bottom! Besides the fun stacking bowls, their pho is just good in general. You can get filet mignon garlic pho (BOMB) and giant oxtail. (Wild). There was also a lot of meat in the pho overall, which They also have northern and southern style pho, which I have do admit, I didn’t know about. Northern style pho is rich and complex with saltier birth, and a stronger blend of spices. I’m pretty sure taste-wise we’re all used to “southern” style pho, so this is a fun taste departure. Everything is just presented super awesomely. Your basil even comes in an adorable little vase. I’ve never had pho quite like this that’s so customizable with such a cool bowl. And also, they open at 9 and there were a ton of people in there for a random weds at 2 when I went, which is a good sign. What do you think of these bowls? . . . #foodreel #pho #woah #thatscool #wheretogo #feedfeed #eater #gardengrove #orangecounty #exploration #california #vietnmaesefood #northern #southern #foodie #flavor #flavorful

$9.95 for a lunch special, its okay for the price but there's better places to go to in little neck. The beef was surprisingly not chewy but the sauce tasted off. The spring rolls were good but the wonton soup was better than the actual wonton. The dough was thick and didn't even taste like wonton just a dumpling and it didn't have any shrimp in it. I think the pho or the Vietnamese options look and probably taste better than the options on the lunch special so... the waiter had an interesting sense of humor🧍‍♀️

Little Saigon Cuisine has a nostalgic charm, like a cozy trip back to the 90s. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the service is quick and attentive. The food was enjoyable, though nothing mind-blowing, but it’s a cozy spot for a casual meal. With a little sprucing up, this place could truly become a hidden gem in the neighborhood.

I was craving vermicelli which is surprisingly hard to find in this area (most Vietnamese spots are more focused on pho). I was excited to see that this place had some options and inevitably my meal was exactly what I wanted. This place is no frills, hole-in-the-wall. I got the marinated pork vermicelli dish which was exactly what I was expecting. Was the meat particularly great? No. Could it have used a bit more vermicelli? Probably. Was the spring roll good? Actually it was. To my own fault, I probably added too much hot sauce. But I was pumped they had hot sauce to give me! Will I be back? Only if I am uniquely craving...
