Los Amigos Chimichurry — Restaurant in New York

I don’t know why they have a phone because EVERYTIME I order ahead of time I end up waiting 30 more mins extra when I arrive. It already takes me 30 mins to get there, then I have to wait another 30 mins and repeat my order to them. No thanks. Since this is the 3rd time it happened, me waiting an extra 30 mins in the cold, I will no longer return to eat here. This shows how much they don’t care for all there customers, which sucks because the food is good. Anyways, Please fix this or tell who ever calls the # that you don’t do pick up...

I honestly love the food here but there ad on google is so inaccurate, and the phone number they never pick up today I drove to get some of there food and a Ecuadorian food truck was standing were they were at. I wish they had a phone number were someone would pick up and also the schedule on when they are open and what days to know when to take a 30 min drive over here, if it was not organized would be amazing !! But besides their inconsistency they’re food is amazing haven’t had a bad plate...

It's not how it used to be back in the day. I understand inflation and everything, but to charge $15 for a plate of food where you can get way more for the same amount at other places is ridiculous.
