Lucky Fortune — Restaurant in New York

Ordered from this place for a small party I was hosting. First off the portions were small, I called them upon realizing and there large is in the round smaller container. They stated it's the same size which they are totally not. They did send over another portion to compensate, which means they knew they tried taking me for a ride. Dumplings (shrimp and pork) were so doughy and empty with barely any filling. Food had no taste what so ever. Opened an order of Shrimp and broccoli and the smell from the rotten shrimp was unbearable. I could've and should've complained but decided to throw it out and never order from here again. I use to live in Great kills and would order from Lucky Fortune all the time. Especially their Sushi. It was to die for. I loved it so much. I moved to PA and missed it so much. Finally after years I went back. Ordered $100 worth of food. A ton of different sushi rolls and my mother and sister ordered soup, rice and garlic chicken and pepper steak. All of their food was completely bland. My sushi rolls we're disgusting. The 🍣 was not only bland but, falling apart and to top it off (I didn't notice this my sister showed me after we ordered) the front of the menu said something about being under renovation and how they were trying new things). Whatever they are 'trying" isn't working. The food there has ALWAYS been a bit on the expensive side but, the food was worth it. It is definitely worth it now. The $100 I spent would have been worth it anywhere...

I JUST ordered food from this place and as long as Ive been coming here I WILL NEVER come back. Their communication and professionalism is disgusting. I called the store and placed a order and paid over the phone and when the delivery driver arrived he was extremely rude. He ushered us to pay with an open hand and he insisted we didnt pay. I called the store to figure it out and he was super impatient while trying to figure it out. He wasnt communicative or helpful when it came to disputing the order. Worst service ever. I do feel terrible about having to call the store and take out my frustrations on the manager but I was beyond upset after the exchange with their driver....
