Big NO this time! I go to this McDonald’s location at least once a week and last night I was tired and decided to have my order delivered. My order consisted in 3 simple sandwiches and, in retrospect I wonder if the person on the assembly line was on his first day!!! I ordered a Big Mac with EXTRA SAUCE, EXTRA PICKLES and NO ONIONS (the Big Mac should be the flagship sandwich here, nonetheless one of the first sandwich they teach you how to make, right?!) needless to say that my variations were completely ignored but here's the gem: it also came without cheddar cheese! Then I had the Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe, asked with NO SLICED ONIONS and EXTRA PICKLES and I got two burger patties with two slices of cheese and two pickles with just a small dab of ketchup! Where was the lettuce, the tomatoes, the mayonnaise?!? How come if everything is written one can not simply read and follow the instructions?!? Practically half of the sandwich wasn't there! And then finally I had a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER asked with EXTRA PICKLES, NO ONIONS that was simply dry and smeared with some ketchup. This one was at least the most “accurate” because it had no onions (but sadly no extra pickles either). The accuracy level of my delivery order was 3 below ZERO! I truly thought that the crew in charge of assembling the sandwiches was unable to read and the place wasn’t even that crowded (we’re talking about an 11:30 PM delivery). 3 Sandwiches out of three poorly executed! I ordered at the kiosk because it was crowded. when i pay in kiosk I didn't get a receipt. i go in line for ask the employees. and so many time i called them .they didn't give me chance. they take care other customers.i told one employee i order the kiosk i didn't get a receipt. he ask me what is your order? I tell him but he ignored me so many time. I wait 7mnts Then I go to register ask another employee.I told him Im waiting for my food & I show my payment bill in my phone. I pay with PayPal.I got angry and asked what was the problem? When will I get my food? Other guy He was looking at me like I was here to steal something. Than the register boy told him for give my food. He serves me food very badly.i was angry , so I pulled the food roughly. When I brought the food, I saw that they didn’t give me a cup for the Coke. I felt really bad and angry, so I didn’t eat the food. I threw it in the trash.

Read moreThis location has the rudest staff. They shout out rude comments about the customers not responding quick enough and then go into having a conversation about the customers in Spanish. You can tell that Mac Corp doesn’t visit much at this location. Staff members wearing regular clothing as if someone walked right behind the counter and started assisting with the foolery. This has been the worst fast food experience over all, and the worst McDonald’s experience (and I have gone through many with the low quality of individuals that are hired). I used the kiosk to order my food and there was no receipt paper and I had to remember my order number, which turned into me proving my order through my Apple Pay transaction number, which then they erased the order number in the que, at which point the manager didn’t know how to find my order with the transaction number. Smh and at the point when I got my food to sit down and eat an employee comes and tells me that the dining room is closed at 6:33pm. Now I have to carry my food out.
