I recently witnessed an incident at your store on September 20th, around 8:00 am, which I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
When I arrived at the store, I observed that there were approximately six children waiting outside the entrance. They appeared both sad and confused. Upon inquiring about the situation, they informed me that they were not being allowed inside. This concerned me, especially given the chilly weather and the fact that these children had school commitments.
What struck me as particularly troubling was the fact that the store was practically deserted, with only four individuals present, including myself. Despite this, a strict policy of allowing only two children inside at a time was enforced. Even more concerning, I observed the manager instructing two teenagers to leave the premises, denying them the opportunity to dine in.
I must question whether this is indeed an official store policy or the result of a manager’s decision. It’s disheartening to witness a lack of compassion and respect towards children as fellow human beings, deserving of respect and consideration, especially in a nearly empty establishment.
I believe it’s essential to treat all customers, regardless of age, with respect and ensure their time is valued. Given the emptiness of the store at the time, the strict enforcement of these policies appeared unnecessary and unwelcoming.
I kindly request that you review and reconsider these policies to create a more inclusive and customer-friendly atmosphere. Customer satisfaction and a welcoming environment should be a priority for any establishment.
Thank you for taking the time to address these concerns. I trust that your commitment to improving customer experiences will lead to positive changes...
Read moreTo begin, this rating is compared to other McDonald's only. I've only been to one McDonald's that was worse and it wasn't a corporate owned franchisee. I've visited McDonald's at this location numerous times due to convenience. There is one entrance into the parking lot, which is shown in one of the pictures. However, vehicles enter through the exit lane which causes a merge and gridlock. Past the gridlock is where you need to park for mobile orders curbside pickup, which can take several minutes to get to the spot itself. For curbside pickup, as with all McDonald's currently, the wait is awful. You will get your food in a jiffy if you pick up inside or via drive thru. All McDonald's get a thumbs down for their curbside. The food taste is standard as all corporate McDonald's get their food via HQ. I'm really not sure what happened to the big mac I have pictured. No matter whose fault it was, it just seems to be par for the course here. In the other photo you can see missing cheese. Also, this order placed via mobile app was to dine in, however they gave it to me in a to go bag. The bathrooms are locked which tells me that they get some shady people in there. The lobby is hit or miss being clean. I had an instance with an order and requested a refund from the manager who declined and said she couldn't do it bc it was the mobile app. After telling her I'll wait until she figures it out while at the drive thru window, she magically figured it out. The glass doors to enter the lobby were also filthy. For McDonald's standards, this place gets a thumbs down. The worst part about all this is,...
Read moreStaff moving around like slugs or zombies, speaking to customers with an attitude, long lines with only one register open, telling each other to do the same job they was told to do, very unprofessional .... A few months later I was forced to stop at this location again, and I get the same treatment, the cashier walks away just for another to walk up 2 mins later, walk to another register and stare at me, no hello, how can I help you, welcome to Mc Donalds, nothing but staring, I had to walk up to her and tell her which number I want from the menu, then instead of her asking me what size do I want or to stay or to go, or even would you like anything eles, not even what drink I would like, she starts to stare at me again like she can't speak and starts shaking her head nodding! !! So I start nodding back at her only after then she speaks and ask me what kind of drink, she mumbled the price, I gave her the money, she gave me change and never spoke again, no thank you nothing at all. This by far us the worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to in my whole life!! I sat down for a minute or two before I through away my food, not taking the chance that she spit in my food, cause the same person packed my food and was out of my view the whole time, if you don't want extra mac spit in your food I highly recommend you not come to this...
